About Me

Hi, I’m El, based in the Cleveleys branch. I have always enjoyed traveling and exploring new destinations, and I’ve been lucky enough to visit many places with my family, which is where my passion for travel began. I did a season as cabin crew before transitioning into retail, where my passion for travel has only grown. I have been with Protected Travel Shop for nearly two years now, and I am constantly learning and developing. My enthusiasm drives me to help customers plan their dream vacations—it’s my favourite part of the job! I understand the excitement of discovering new places, and I can't seem to put my own passport down this year.

So far, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to explore some amazing destinations, including the bustling streets of New York City, the awe-inspiring Pyramids of Giza, and the vibrant landscapes of Southeast Asia, where I backpacked. I’ve also relaxed on the serene beaches of Greece and embraced a solo adventure in Milan. Each trip brings new memories and experiences that fuel my love for travel, and I’m always eager to share that excitement with others.

I love the little family our PTS team is!

My ultimate has to be Sorrento

Most memorable travel experience

Travelling 24 hours on a over night bus from Thailand to Laos, getting to the border at 3am and having to sit in the jungle for 5 hours till the boarder opened  … It was probably the worst travel experience but the most memorable.
